ORDER PROCESSING Please allow 14-21 Business days to process your order. Expect an email within 10 Business days to let you know when your order is on the way. NO LOCAL DELIVERY Currently, During checkout enter your address exact shipping address must match your billing address. When your order is ready for Shipping and delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information. Our clubs produced as a Custom made products we do require longer time frame up to 6 Months for production and delivery due to high demand of back orders.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING Orders are generally shipped within 14-21 business days using FedEx ground . Flat rate shipping fee of $34.95 applies to orders shipping to Continental United States only.

OPTIONAL We do not ship outside of the Continental United States at this time. also please make sure that your shipping address is current and valid, we do require a written signature on all our shipments incase of express shipments you must contact us +1-650-309-7917 and request a quote on express shipping ,additional cost will apply for overnight and express shipping also certain Golf items cannot be shipped by overnight shipping due to FedEx & DOT guidelines 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATE  We offer $34.95 flat rate shipping to FedEx Ground within  Continental United States only ,No International shipping is offered at this point. Please email us for any International shipping questions and cost involved ,we are glad to help with quotes on Shipping and Customs requirements duties and Taxes involved.

REFUNDS & RETURNS  We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible to stevef@powergolfclub.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Please save the original shipping box for any future use and returns 

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING  We Don't Offer online Please Communicate directly below by phone or email  ,we can consider case by case since there is lot of 3rd party disbursement fees, custom duties and taxes and additional shipping cost , All countries require VAT Value added Tax, Customs Fees ,Duties, Clearance Service fees ,Please note All International Shipments Crossing International Borders including purchase made over the Internet or phone orders are subject to the assessment of all duties and taxes imposed by the importing country's government ,all duties and taxes must be paid before the goods are released from customs ,all Shipment duty and tax amount based on product value, trade agreements ,country of manufacture ,use of the product ,the product harmonized system HS code based on international tariff  determined by  each country of destination All Duties and Value Added Tax ,Customs Clearance service Fees which is charged by the Broker when additional Processing is Required by regulatory agency in the third county or 3rd party custom Broker, They do apply their fees and charges for processing your goods to be released from customs in your destination port or entry point .All Custom fees are charged with a MPF Merchandise Processing Fee is assessed on all formal entries in to your countries Most Countries assess duty on CIF value (cost, Insurance, Freight) of the Goods ,Also Please Note our Shipping Vendor FedEx and others  may be required to disburse certain duties and taxes in countries that require the duties to be paid prior to customs to release of shipment ,or to complete clearance of certain items through customs in all such cases we will bill the sender for all duties and taxes in advance and send it to our shipper FedEx or their Third party Clarence agents in those countries ,also we have to Disburse duties and taxes in advance including Merchandise Processing fees on behalf of the shipper also their will be additional amounts assessed as a  additional surcharge based on the flat rate or percentage of the total amount disbursed in advance ,these rules change without notice as these are imposed by the country of destination and will be collected to ship our product by these rules and International Trade agreements when shipped from United states ,There are no Preferential treatments under no trade agreements including NAFTA or CBERA ,hence we comply by the rules of all current and future tariff agreements for all overseas shipments ,there are no exception to these rules imposed by the International tariff applied to products when sent overseas ,hence we ask all our overseas customers to contact their local FedEx or International Shipping  to verify the current  Import duties and taxes when it is shipped from United States of America ,Also as a recipient of these goods, all customers must contact their local customs clearance to facilitate import of goods through  your local agent or broker and pay their service fees locally in the port of arrival as long they meet import conditions and procedures to be followed according to your recipient country import rules and current tariff. also  in some countries their will be additional charges under goods and service tax which is similar to VAT (value added Tax) which is a general consumption of Taxes assessed on the duty paid value of your import goods ,Please contact us with any questions on International Shipping as we are governed by US Govt Rules may not ship to Certain Countries under these Current and Future  Regulatory Compliance Certain items cannot be shipped, imported and/or exported due to regulatory, hazard, safety or other reasons.
